This course is a home-study (distance learning) course and has step-by-step instructions on how to complete it successfully. The average person completes the course in 4-6 weeks and we have had several students complete it in 3 weeks or less.

Remember, this is a PASS or FAIL course. If you fail the course (by providing incomplete or incorrect requirements) OR fail to complete your Certification within 90 days from today’s date you will be required to purchase a new Certification at full price, if you still want to become certified. As this option is a DIY (Do It Yourself) home-study certification comprised of step-by-step instructions, there is no support from Exercise & Nutrition Works, Inc. towards the successful completion of the course (other than logging into your course, accessing your software, etc.).
